a well structured search  with Google search engine can lead you to unexpected solutions. If you encounter any problems, it is almost certain that you are not alone in this situation.

A formulation example  to help you optimize the accuracy of your search results:

• Start with the name of the product or the software requested. i.e.: limewire
• Identify with either one or two words the problem or request. i.e: equivalent
• Always finish your search with "ubuntu" or "linux" 

If the results are not satisfactory enough, rephrase your request differently. You'll be surprised at the effectiveness of this method.
